Do you support apps you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a code audit to understand what we're working with. As long as the codebase is in a major framework (React, Next.js, Laravel, Django, etc.), we can take it over.
What's the difference between bug fixes and feature updates?
Bug fixes are things that should be working but aren't — included in every plan. Feature updates are new functionality or enhancements — included as monthly hours in Growth and Premium plans.
How do I report an issue?
Through email, our support portal, Slack (Growth/Premium), or phone (Premium). We auto-categorize by severity and assign to the right engineer.
What if my app needs more hours than my plan includes?
You can purchase additional hours at any time, or upgrade your plan. We never block urgent fixes because of hour limits — critical issues are always handled first.
Do you handle infrastructure too?
Yes. If your app runs on Bloomneo infrastructure, we handle servers, databases, scaling, and security automatically. If it's on AWS/GCP/your own setup, we work with that too.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing means you can adjust your plan or cancel at the end of any billing cycle. No long-term contracts, no exit penalties.
What happens during the onboarding audit?
We review your code, dependencies, infrastructure, security posture, and known issues. You get a full report with findings and recommendations — yours to keep regardless of whether you continue with us.
Do you sign NDAs?
