Bloomneo is an AI agentic business infrastructure platform. We provide managed cloud servers, customer success tools, and AI agents that businesses can deploy on their own private cloud infrastructure.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Bloomneo", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the legal entity operating the Bloomneo platform. "You" and "your" refer to the individual or business using our services.

We collect only what we need to provide our services and improve them. Specifically:

• Account information: name, email, company name, billing address, and payment details when you sign up.
• Usage data: how you interact with our website and dashboard — page views, click events, feature usage.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system for security and debugging.
• Communication records: emails, chat messages, and support tickets you send us.

What we do NOT collect: We do not access, read, or store the data your business processes through Bloomneo infrastructure. Your customer records, business documents, AI agent inputs and outputs, and operational data remain on your private cloud. We have technical and legal restrictions preventing access without your explicit permission.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our platform and services
• Process payments and send invoices
• Send service notifications, security alerts, and important updates
• Respond to support requests and customer inquiries
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
• Send marketing emails (only with your consent — you can unsubscribe anytime)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not share your information with advertisers.

This is the most important section. Bloomneo is built on a core principle: your business data belongs to you.

When you deploy Bloomneo infrastructure, AI agents, or customer tools, all of your business data — including customer records, transactions, documents, and AI agent outputs — lives on your private cloud account. We do not host it. We do not access it. We do not have a copy.

If you decide to leave Bloomneo, you take everything with you. There is no data ransom, no migration fee, no lock-in. Your data is yours, forever.

We share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us operate:

• Payment processors (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe) to handle billing
• Email providers (e.g. Resend, SendGrid) to send transactional emails
• Analytics providers (privacy-respecting only — no Google Analytics) for product improvement
• Customer support tools to manage tickets and chat

Each of these providers is contractually bound to protect your information and only use it for the services they provide to us. We never share your business data (the data your customers and operations generate) with anyone — that lives on your infrastructure.

We may disclose information if required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, and safety.

Security is built into everything we do. We use:

• End-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Secure password hashing with industry-standard algorithms
• Role-based access control for our internal systems
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• SOC 2 aligned operational practices
• Bot detection, DDoS protection, and WAF on all customer-facing services

No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. But we treat your data with the same care we'd want for our own.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your account and associated data at any time
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to certain uses of your data (like marketing)
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to handle billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 90 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., tax records). Your business data on your private cloud is unaffected — that's yours to manage.

Bloomneo is built for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard.

We won't make changes that reduce your privacy protections without giving you advance notice and an opportunity to object.
